Adjustments of unreadable text workaround

- Use alternative gsettings schemas for Cinnamon and Kylin.
- Create autostart file instead of user service for all flavors
  which lack the needed systemd integration.

My tests indicate that the code in _set_generic_font() is run multiple
times for some reason. This check prevents misbehavior caused by that.
