Bumped version to 1.2.2, another official release

Fixed a bug where the clip properties window was not showing the correct
preview, and was not adding the effects or IN and OUT points to the clip.

Fixed a bug where the length of the clips were not being calculated correctly
when previewing a file by double clicking or using the "preview" right click menu.

fixing issues with resizing / trimming videos in 1.2.0, and a

Fixed a bug which prevented the AddFile dialog from closing,
if you dragged a file into the project tree from the AddFile dialog,
instead of selecting and clicking "Add".

Fixed trimming bug, where the preview window was
not showing the correct part of the video.

Fixed an issue with transitions and the play-head being
covered up by resized clips after the resize. It was an issues
with the Z order.

Only GTK version 2.18+ can run OpenShot 1.2.x. So, I added
a error message and exit the program if any older GTK versions
attempt to run this version. This means that Ubuntu 9.10+ can
use OpenShot 1.2.x.

Bumped version to 1.2.0~beta2

Applied patch from Andy to fix the right click menu error
on Ubuntu 9.10 and 9.04 (based on differeneces in the pyGTK
API)

Updated the default width of the clip properties
window in the preferences.py file. The "effect" tab was
being cut-off, upon first opening this dialog.

Made the tab strip scrollable, if for some reason it is larger
than the dialog window, it adds some arrows to navigate the
tabs.

Added a new Blender animation from Georg (geoadel),
called Blur. Similar to defocus, but instead using the blur
composite node in Blender.
