* When installing packages, tell fakechroot to substitute /bin/true for
  calls to /usr/bin/chfn. PAM's audit logging calls fail within
  fakeroot/fakechroot, and since chfn is setuid it's extremely hard to do
  anything about this in any normal way; fortunately we don't care about
  chfn here.
* Install lxc-android-config again and drop the hacky udev rule removals.

revert the former change lxc is not installable in this setup due to chfn
misbehaving. for now we just remove the udev rules for whose diversion we had
pulled in lxc-android-config. this evil hack needs to be dropped asap, but
we dont want to hold up the switch to flipped touch images

* make sure we export FLASH_KERNEL_SKIP in case any post-processing tool for
  update-initramfs is installed during build
* ship /var/lib/initramfs-tools/touch so "update-initramfs -u" just works
  OOTB for developers
* fix build script to work better in local test builds
* remove fakechroot "chroot.save" file in clean target

* better put the initrd binary into /usr/lib/ubuntu-touch-generic-initrd/
* add policy-rc.d, initctrl and start-stop-daemon handling to the buuld
  chroot so daemons do not get started at install time
* provide a link (initrd.img-touch) so external scripts do not need to
  fiddle with the version number in the filename when using the file

* add lsb-release, fakechroot and fakeroot to build deps
* use fakechroot/fakeroot and debootstrap --variant=fakechroot during build,
  we do not have root access at package build time
