Bug Description

[Impact]
The new frame package is a rename of the utouch-frame package, due to the upstream project being renamed.

The dependency on utouch-evemu would have needed to be fixed up to depend on just evemu. However, evemu is actually no longer a dependency. This has been fixed upstream, and backported into the SRU. At the same time, mtdev was dropped because it also was no longer a dependency. That has been backported as well, since both are practically one fix together.

[Test Case]
Build package in pbuilder chroot.

[Regression Potential]
Very minor. The upstream merge only renames files and symbols, there is absolutely no functional change.

I have tested that oif-qml continues to work as expected on my touchscreen laptop. Since oif-qml in precise now is linked against the renamed stack, it is a valid test of this bug fix.

The Precise Pangolin has reached end of life, so this bug will not be fixed for that release
