"Languages in Launchpad" page doesn't auto-focus search field

Bug Description
1. Go to <http://
2. Type the name of a language.
What should happen: What you typed appears in the search field.
What actually happens: Nothing, because the search field wasn't focused.
This bug may become invalid if bug 127900 is fixed such the page contains so much interesting stuff that people *usually* want to scroll through it. But that seems unlikely.

This fix actually seems to have rolled out with 3.1.12.
