Bug Description
There's a lot of places where we need to search for people in Launchpad, and it should be possible to type in an email address (or part of it) and get the owners of the addresses that match.

Stuart, what's the best way to implement this? Do I need to query the emailaddress table or is it possible to add the email addresses in the person's fti?
