A delete card shows up again under certain conditions

Steps:

0. On the CardReviewPage, have a list of cards.
1. Delete one of the cards by swiping and clicking the delete button
2. Use the add button and add another card

Result:
Delete cards reappear in the list

Expected:
All delete cards are no longer in the list

Note that returning to the CardsList page and going back to the CardReview page, the delete cards are gone as expected. Probably all kind of stuff goes haywire.
