s/Committer/Author/ on the "changes" page

Bug Description

Please rename the "Committer" column on the changes page to "Author" and use Revision.get_apparent_author() instead of Revision.committer to get the info. This is useful for cherry-picking or manually applied patches, which should be credited to their authors, not the person who committed them.

For example http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~luks/qbzr/viz/revision/274 now shows "committed by: Alexander Belchenko", but this is now true. He is the author but the revision was committed by "Gary van der Merwe". Same on http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~luks/qbzr/viz/changes - it displays the author, but the column is named "Committer", which is wrong.
