RF loggerhead/devel (also https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~mwhudson/loggerhead/production) revision 143.

Slightly strange one this, it had to do with turbogears/cherrypy turning query arguments into unicode and bzr finally turning off the deprecated support for unicode revids. Turning off the TG feature fixes it.

Rolled out with 1.1.12 (though loggerhead was acting a bit strangely after rollout -- seems to be OK now).
