Freeze exception for session plugin

Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

I would like to ask for a freeze exception for compiz to get the new session plugin in for hardy. This supersedes the build in session management support in compiz and is on-par with metacity. It knowns about size/workspace/position of the windows and puts them there again on session restore.

This change involves a ABI bump for the plugins so new compiz/plugins-main/plugins-extra/libcompizconfig uploads are required.

This diff includes a new git snapshot with the new "session", "bs" and "mag" plugins. We will only activate the session plugin, so the other plugins are harmless. I also expect a new compiz-fusion-plugins release within the next couple of days (just FYI).
