Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz-fusion-plugins-main

Colorfilter is missing several of the filters from compiz git from before hardy was branched. In particular, protanopia and deuteranopia provide filters to provide normal sighted people insights to how a colorblind person might percieve the screen. In other words, these filters can help everyone test interfaces for colorblind suitability. I've tested these filters and neither of them appear to affect compiz stability.

I think it's a bit of a misnomer to label wishlist when it's already done upstream. I'll see about attaching a debdiff tomorrow.

Thanks for your bugreport.

The problem is that the upstream Makefile.am does not include the new colorfilter files. Once that is fixed, they will be picked up automatically.

Fixed now. Probably in:

compiz-fusion-plugins-main (0.7.2-0ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low
  * new upstream release
    - adds missing color filters
