Doesn't work from branch subfolder

Bug Description

If I do "bzr upload" from a branch subfolder i get a "Not a branch error", when that folder is a branch (or at least, inside a branch).

javier@javier:~/webs/msa/msaagen$ bzr info
Standalone tree (format: pack-0.92)
Location:
  branch root: .
javier@javier:~/webs/msa/msaagen$ cd db
javier@javier:~/webs/msa/msaagen/db$ bzr info
Standalone tree (format: pack-0.92)
Location:
  branch root: /home/javier/webs/msa/msaagen
javier@javier:~/webs/msa/msaagen/db$ bzr upload
bzr: ERROR: Not a branch: "/home/javier/webs/msa/msaagen/db/".
