"Created" doesn't make sense for announcements

Bug Description
Announcements shouldn't have their project, date and announcer in a sentence starting with "Created". I already know the project (I traversed to there, and it should be up the top of the page anyway!), the date is in the headline, and the creator could be immediately underneath on its own. I also care when an announcement was announced, not created.
