Duplicate icons in 48x48 are different

Bug Description

Not sure who's fault this is, but the old folder, trash and a few other icons in 48x48/places don't match up with the newer ones in scalable/, causing nautilus to show the old icons. Deleting the duplicates in 48x48 makes it show the new icons.
