Bug Description

When using a light text on dark background theme (like Darklooks) and setting the browser to use the system colors, the Ubuntu Documentation site becomes nearly impossible to read. The text color is the default (light) while the background color is changed to white.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install gnome-themes-extras
2. Set the desktop theme to darklooks (or other light text on dark background theme).
3. Set the browser to use the system colors (Edit->Preferences, Colours).
4. Browse help.ubuntu.com and see that the text is very hard, if not impossible to read.

I've committed a fix for for the system docs (revision 164). It's not yet live though and I don't have permission to do so.

The problem also exists on the help wiki, I'm not sure where the css for that lives.

I've committed a fix for the help wiki theme to the help wiki theme branch. This will be synched with the website shortly.

For the static pages on help.ubuntu.com, I've copied Dean's fix to the help.ubuntu.com branch. Again this should be synched with the website shortly.
