lp_stockreplies.user.js - handle package assignment better

Bug Description

With the new stock replies its possible for the package to be set incorrectly given the following sequence of events.

1) Click on Package Assignment
2) Click on some other reply
3) Observe package still being PKGNAME

I think it should really set the package to the original package name in the event a stock reply is clicked with an empty package name.

This is fixed in the latest version of the script.

I also fixed similar issues with updates to importance, status, and assignee. (Even the comment field is able to blank itself now, although I doubt anyone will create a stock reply without any reply text...)
