Bug Description

With lp_highlight_me installed, https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+milestone/ubuntu-9.04-beta says "153 bugs targeted - 0 assigned to you" while https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+milestone/ubuntu-9.04-beta says "153 bugs targeted - 4 assigned to you".

This is because both pages have https://edge.launchpad.net/~cjwatson as my user_href, but the href of the assignee link against my bugs is https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/~cjwatson in the former case.

This is fixed in revision 82. Only the username portion of the url (cjwatson) is used in the comparison now.
