Bug Description
The following is the right click behaviour for each UI component in window-
Handle: shows menu only on right-double-click
App button: shows menu only after right-click-off
Gap between App button and Title bar: shows menu after right-click (expected)
Title bar: shows menu after right-click (expected)
Expected behaviour: each shows menu on right-click-on (allowing a button hold, selecting menu item before click-off)
