Bug Description
runlaunchpad.py has a non discoverable command line. Some arguments are extracted by runlaunchpad.py. The rest get passed through to Zope for it to deal with.

We probably should flag this as wontfix - the whole system to startup launchpad instances and associated services should be reworked sanely, starting with Bug #396209.
