Bug Description
You should provide per-user configuration files, in the style of ~/.pastebinitrc to allow us to put in one place the common information, (and stilll letting us override it through the command line), the most common use is to put there information such as:
-a: <AUTHOR>
-b: <PASTEBIN_URL>

Version 0.11.2 in Debian (and probably some other ones as well) supports configuration file at ~/.pastebinit.xml in the form of:
<pastebinit>
<pastebin>http://
<author>A pastebinit user</author>
<jabberid><email address hidden></jabberid>

</pastebinit>
