Bug Description
Binary package hint: couchdb
Fixing apache only sovled part of the problem. Couchdb doesn't handle query strings correctly in replication. It is acting as a client, and it packs its HTTP "Authorization" header with OAuth credentials. The far end receives a request and redirects us to another resource. Couchdb must then delete its Authorization header and recompute the OAuth credentials for the new resource.
