WADL media type is misspelled

Bug Description
This is very embarassing. The media type for a WADL file is vnd.sun.wadl+xml. lazr.restful misspells this as vd.sun.wadl+xml, and lazr.restfulclient repeats the misspelling. This seriously hurts interoperability.
I'll change lazr.restful to serve the correct media type. If a client asks for the misspelled media type, lazr.restful will give back the misspelling, so as not to break existing clients.
I'll change lazr.restfulclient to ask for the correct media type and go to the misspelled media type as a fallback. Once the new version of lazr.restful is installed on Launchpad, I'll remove this code from lazr.restfulclient.
