Bug Description
lazr.testing and it's jsTestDriver modifications should be usable in the Launchpad JavaScript test routines.
As of r9861 these files must be excluded from the Launchpad JS build because they modify built-in client functions. Including these functions in the production JS rollup breaks the production JS code.
