Bantracker does not parse multiple modes properly

Bug Description

The Bantracker plugin seems to have difficulty parsing the modes and their arguments when an operator uses multiple modes in one command. An example follows:

/mode -bo+b foo!*@bar.com Pici %baz!*@*

These bans are not getting properly recorded in the bantracker.

I've included a patch that uses supybot's ircutils.separateModes() to do the mode parsing for us.
