Bug Description
The problem is that a lot of the rest of the code (still ?) assumes it's always a product series. A quick grep shows lines like this:
series = product.
This bug was also at the heart of bug 488765 which was fixed by filtering for product series. The fix for this bug should be to make SourcePackage compatible with ProductSeries in the way that it can be used on +prdouct-
