Bug Description
Consider adding functionality to the anchor icon (mentioned in another thread, I'm just making it a FR). Here are my ordered top picks:
* User configurable (down the road?)
* Places Menu
* Applications Menu
* System Menu
[note: for this discussion let's assume the anchor icon stays (until maybe branding is not such an issue).]
