Bug Description
Adi Roiban notes that there are no pagetests for +translate pages in cases where no plural forms information is available.
The browser code seems to be pretty well-tested for this case (lib/lp/
In that particular case, the oopses happened on the single-message pages. A pagetest would need to include an example of those.
