Bug Description

Adi Roiban notes that there are no pagetests for +translate pages in cases where no plural forms information is available.

The browser code seems to be pretty well-tested for this case (lib/lp/translations/browser/tests/translationmessage-views.txt) but some oopses that made it into the original 10.01 rollout show that this case could also do with a pagetest.

In that particular case, the oopses happened on the single-message pages. A pagetest would need to include an example of those.
