Bug Description
Somewhere along the line towards today's clean-look UI, we lost the portlet on the translation import queue approval form that gave us the entry's "background story" at a glance: who uploaded what, and when, and where, have we reviewed it before & what's the licensing situation? All of these things can be helpful in reviewing entries.
It would be helpful to put these things back on the form.
