Information on a bugwatch error is obscure

There's some sort of error with the bug watch. You can tell this by the funny yellow triangle next to the remote bug link. There's no mouse over of the icon, so it's unclear what it exactly means. When you click on it, nothing happens. Where is the error information?
On a hunch, I moved my mouse all the way over to the left of the screen to click the folding triangle. Then there's a big error "Launchpad couldn't connect to Twisted Bug Tracker."
It should be easier to find this error.
