Launchpad gives an error whenever I click on a program to translate

Bug Description
Ok, I go tho launchpad and login, then i select the program/package I want to translate (in this case QuickGuide (portuguese).
And when I click on the link to starting translating, launchpad gives me this error :
A SYSTEM ERROR OCCURRED
