Please check :)

Steps taken to reproduce:
Download Drupal theme via bzr or from drupal.org.
Install fresh version of Drupal and Apache.
Apply theme to Drupal.

This has happened on Windows, Ubuntu and CentOS servers for me.

Discovered a fix, if you disable the "Powered by Drupal" block then it aligns correctly.

Disabling Powered by has not fixed it for me.

I wanted to see the html for this. I tried to go to the website url shown in the screenshot but the powered by drupal block was disabled.

Disabling the "powered by drupal" block fixing it makes me think it has to do with template.php on line 126, but I don't see anything wrong with it.

I kind of wanted to change the behavior so those blocks would be optional, rather than forcing the user to disable all other footer blocks in order to see them.

I'm not seeing anything obviously wrong with it either. I skimmed through
template.php to look for any obviously wrong errors but didn't find any.

If you think that's the right path to take, I'm all for it.

I added a configuration option.

Can someone confirm if this works or not?
