Allow mass deduplication option for bug supervisors

Bug Description

With Bug 78596 being fixed to allow mass duplication, it would be nice to have thee duplicates kept as a group so that a bug supervisor can easily deduplicate the group.

I would rather wait to see how much of a problem this becomes given limiting to bug supervisor and a confirmation dialog. Certainly, we can consider this if it's needed.

It's been 2 years and we haven't had additional reports of problems due to this; I'm sure that bad duplication happens from time to time, but the incident rate isn't high enough to justify the complexity of allowing precise undoes.
