Bug Description
When I ssh to ppa.launchpad.net:
jml@truth:~$ ssh ppa.launchpad.net
PTY allocation request failed on channel 0
shell request failed on channel 0
When I ssh to bazaar.
jml@truth:~$ ssh bazaar.
No shells on this server.
Connection to bazaar.
The latter is a much friendly error message. ppa.launchpad.net should be the same.
