Bug Description

The following errors are being reported by the extremely verbose pressflow which need to be addressed.

    * Notice: Undefined index: site_title in udtheme_buildlogo() (line 114 of /home/staging.profarius.com/pressflow/sites/staging.profarius.com/themes/ubuntu-drupal/template.php).
    * Notice: Undefined index: site_title in udtheme_buildlogo() (line 115 of /home/staging.profarius.com/pressflow/sites/staging.profarius.com/themes/ubuntu-drupal/template.php).
    * Notice: Undefined variable: var_show_blocks in include() (line 57 of /home/staging.profarius.com/pressflow/sites/staging.profarius.com/themes/ubuntu-drupal/page.tpl.php).
    * Notice: Undefined variable: tabs2 in include() (line 62 of /home/staging.profarius.com/pressflow/sites/staging.profarius.com/themes/ubuntu-drupal/page.tpl.php).
    * Notice: Undefined variable: block in openid_launchpad_block() (line 286 of /home/staging.profarius.com/pressflow/sites/staging.profarius.com/modules/drupal-launchpad/openid_launchpad.module).

This was cleaned up in r34. It stemmed from working with non-existant variables.

This is fixed in r33. It took a little nicer cleaning of the function but should be more reliable now.

This was a pretty simple fix. It's now resolved in drupal-launchpad and just needs to be pushed to the main branch.
