Bug Description

In the current dev branch the footer won't show up. This is because of a variable being requested being wrong.

Part of this has been dealt with in r43. Namely that it can be turned on and off via theme settings. Also in r43 is the addition of the color module which does not work at all at this point.

I've gone through and verified that this is now working in the latest pressflow and drupal code base.
