Buttons floating around text in latest release

Bug Description
It seems some buttons are not floating around the text in the latest version.
It happens with Views expiosed filter Apply buttons, some submit buttons. Have not been able to track it down by comparing the two css files of this and the previous version.

I think I found the offending css, here it is:
.clear-block:after {
clear: none;
}
/* this breaks */
Removing this fixed it for me.
