Bug Description

With the work being done around bug subscriptions it would be useful if people were to have +subscriptions page where they could go to manage their subscriptions to bugs, source packages, projects and what have you.

The first revision of this should include what already exists - bug subscriptions.

There is also branch subscriptions and structural subscriptions too;
they also already exist ;)

This is the plan, to cover everything. This bug was meant to be a "hey, get this page going with one object" kind of bug, and Brian was going to open bugs about the remaining objects. There also needs to be a bug about the work that will remain once Graham and Abel finish their pieces of the better-bug-subscriptions story.

I've removed the duplicate marker. mpt is right that this bug as first presented looks like bug 110953, but let's reserve that bug as the master bug to track the issue. We can close bug 110953 when everything we can subscribe to is covered by +subscriptions.

This bug was meant to track the first step in solving that issue, namely just to get something of a +subscriptions page going.

The page is visible and looks fine. It's not linked anywhere yet and basically works, so as a first cut it's qa-ok to me. I don't quite get the sort order, and I'm too lazy to go look at the code :-) so this may need some improvement, but again, as a first pass that's not linked up, I'm fine with this.

The sort order is most recently changed as I'd imagined that people going to that way would likely want to unsubscribe from a bug that they were recently notified about.
