Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

Using 10.10beta netbook edition, opening the default browser installed, firefox, causes firefox to crash. Happens 9 times out of 10, not sure why. Worked fine on first bootup, then became problematic. Switched desktop to desktop version at gdm login, and firefox works flawlessly. Seems to be a problem with unity.

This might well be the oom-killer - just running the 10.10 beta UNR LiveCD without swap space invokes it for all sorts of things, even on a 1GB machine.
