Bug Description
Edge coloring specified via Ranking tab is not preserved when doing PDF export. In PDF, edge color becomes color of source node (undirected edges/graph). The source nodes are colored according to an attribute in the .gexf file via Rank tab.
Graph:Edges options are:
Show is checked.
Source node color is UNchecked.
Edge default color is white.
Running version .7 alpha on Windows XP.

That is fixed now in the trunk, and will be released in 0.7beta. You now have a "original" color option for edge color, that preserve color issued in Ranking.
