"make doc-website" fails with
! Package inputenc Error: Unicode char \u8:Д not set up for use with LaTeX.

I can reproduce this locally and it's also breaking updates to doc.bazaar.
I think this was broken by spiv's merge that rearranged NEWS, but I'm not sure why because Danilo's name was presumably still present before.
Perhaps the most pragmatic change is just to transliterate him back to latin characters, because the bug is not really in bzr code.
