Bug Description

Binary package hint: qemu

For Ubuntu Server ISO (amd64 and i386) daily build 20110110, selecting the Virtualisation Host task fails with the following error message in the installer log:

  qemu-kvm: Conflicts: kvm

Installer stops with error message reflecting the fatality of the above error.

Thanks, James. I'm building qemu-kvm_0.13.0+noroms-0ubuntu11 in ppa:serge-hallyn/virt, based on the source at https://code.launchpad.net/~serge-hallyn/ubuntu/maverick/qemu-kvm/fix-conflicts/ to hopefully fix that. I'll request merge as soon as I can confirm that it works.

Fix worked on my system, I'm now able to install 'kvm'. I've requested an upload to the archive.
