Existing, incorrect text:
The /etc/apache2/sites-available directory is not parsed by Apache2. Symbolic links in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled point to "available" sites.

Corrected text:
The /etc/apache2/sites-enabled directory is not parsed by Apache2. Symbolic links in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled point to "available" sites.

Thanks for reporting this bug, and helping make Ubuntu better. I'm not sure I agree with your correction. I have removed that paragraph because it wasn't worded very well. The usage of sites-available and sites-enabled is better covered in the bullet points above that paragraph.
