Which do you use testing or unstable?
I tried to install samba/unstable into plain unstable system today, it
looked smoothly. It looks a problem of your mirror.

Or, do you have an old libcupsys2?

Thanks,

Well, I change a question. Why do you use such as '/unstable'?
This is PIN sign. PIN means pinning pakcages to specific version.
PIN is powerful, but may cause a trouble for novice user.

If you use only one apt repository(only unstable or only testing),
your problem will be solved.
Please don't mix different Debian repository if you don't know what's
happen.

I close this bug.
