Bug Description

"We received a request to merge the Launchpad account named 'X (x)' -- which have registered the email address 'Y' -- into the account named 'wgmorais'. If you made this request, please click on the link below and complete the process to merge the 'X (x)' account into your existing Launchpad account."

* Who's "we"?
* If someone's never used Launchpad, that's not an "account".
* "which have".
