Bug Description
Where a person is affiliated with more than one pillar, the person picker should display this fact. This needs to be reflected in the badges displayed in the title element (visible before expanding the picker entry) as well as in the expander picker entry details.
Multiple affiliation display is required for bug tasks where any affiliation with the tasks of the parent bug should be shown.
