Comment 22 for bug 359180

As noted in bug 512698, if LP doesn't know about plural forms, the latests changes for this bug are generating an Oops.

We will not include the landed branch into these release.

The new branch should fix these problems and should also look into creating a test page for +translate when there are no plural forms.
