Hi Henning,

Shift+Ctrl will not work as it is heavily used in Firefox for menu shortcuts, together with Ctrl.

Ctrl+Alt is used by window managers.

I went for Shift+Alt because it is used by HTML access keys and I was thinking that web browsers and window managers will not use those key bindings.
