Shift+Alt+NUMBER - Mark suggestion NUMBER , is working now in Firefox.

The only outstanding issues are:
 * the overlapping of „Shift+Alt” with Windows change keyboard layout
 * the overlapping of „Shift+Alt” with Firefox menu accelerators
 * the lack of documentation for the keyboard shortcuts
