"almot all browser" was not right.
In IE you access them with Alt+KEY+Enter. Other browsers, like Safari
or Chrome, use only Alt, but Chrome doesn't have menu entries, and in
Safari (on Mac) you have them all in the top bar that you access in a
different way. Other browsers access them with Ctrl+KEY, but you have
to release the modifier key before...
