It looks as if this is a problem that will affect all of launchpad-buildd, so all of the buildfarm. It's the slave host that needs this package, not the chroot inside the slave; and it seems to be a recent dependency in lucid. It goes something like: launchpad-buildd -> python-twisted -> python-twisted-conch -> python-pyasn1.

wgrant notes that python-twisted-core may well be enough for our needs. So maybe we can just tighten the dependencies for launchpad-buildd.
